Most move-in cleanings happen in a 72-hour window around the lease start date. Here’s how to time the service for the cleanest handover:
72–48 hours before lease start: Ideal window for landlord-neglected units. Enough time to request a re-clean if any area needs follow-up before your moving company arrives.
24 hours before lease start: The most common booking window. Apartment is ready the morning you arrive with boxes — no scrubbing before unpacking.
Same-day as move-in (before movers): For tight turnarounds. We arrive 2–3 hours before your scheduled moving time, finish the deep clean, and hand the apartment over ready for boxes.
After move-out is complete (for current tenants moving out): A detailed move-out clean that photographs the final state of each room for security deposit documentation.
