This Manhattan client was ready to replace their sectional couch. After years of daily use in a home with pets, the orange microsuede fabric had heavy water rings, deep-set dirt marks, and widespread discoloration across every cushion. Our technician Borys assessed the fabric and determined that the staining pattern — concentrated ring marks and darkened high-traffic zones — was consistent with liquid spills that had dried repeatedly without proper extraction. The good news: the fiber structure was still intact, which meant a full restoration was possible.
